NCRYPTED_WALLET_PRIVATE_KEY secret — Private key of a dedicated Base wallet holding USDC, used to pay 0.005 USDC per secret. Optional: defaults to ~/.config/ncrypted/wallet.key (create with `npx ncrypted wallet new`). Reading is free.
